Skewers with grilled tofu cubes in teryaki sauce, and wok of vegetables sautéed in sesame oil

Pallet de Quinoa: small burger roasted with quinoa and black beans, and cereals

Acras: crispy fritters with  spinach and seaweed,  sweet and sour herb sauce

Wellington of walnut roast with garlic confit, creamy risotto with truffle-scented porcini mushrooms.

 – Whole Roasted Cauliflower,  Fennel salad with grapefruit and smoked apple cider vinaigrette

Oyster mushroom nuggets with crispy golden breadcrumbs and gribiche sauce


– 100% Vegetable smoked ham, caramelized, agave syrup, beer, candied onions and light mustard.

North Sea ravioli with seaweed & spinach in a veg beurre blanc sauce

Raw Mango Cupcakes [vegan, gluten-free] The crust of these cupcakes is a blend of almonds, sunflower seeds and Medjool dates.

divinely creamy mango is a blend of mango, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, lime and coconut with vegetable cream.
