Festive Christmas Zakouski (assortment of 3 zakouskis per person included in the menu)

A)Terrine of iodized galantine, herbaceous cream & Jerusalem artichoke mousseline with white miso
herb branches, for a light touch.

DISHES :
Our classic: Ravioles, “one of our signature dishes”.
Seaweed, celeriac and spinach ravioli: Delicate, sea-flavored ravioli topped with a vegetable beurre blanc sauce,
enhanced by a subtle touch of wasabi, crunchy samphire and wild fennel (dyll), for an explosion of freshness and flavour.

Oven-baked Christmas pie: A golden puff pastry crust, filled with a generous filling of vegetable mince, embellished with green cabbage,
butternut squash and chestnut chutney, with a secret touch of love. A true ode to celebration, rich in flavors and textures.
Accompaniments :
Melt-in-the-mouth candied pear and sweet-tart cranberry compote: A perfect marriage between the sweetness of candied pear and the fresh tartness of cranberries,
for a delicate, gourmet accompaniment.

You will receive a call at the beginning of the day to confirm the time.
